Association Manager’s Report: - Traci Cirioni
We have 745 members. There are some problems with WinLabs and Microsoft, which has not allowed transmissions to be processed. This may cause delays in sanction card applications and special achievement awards processing. Harry Frisbee asked if we are on an automatic update for receiving updates to Microsoft. Traci Cirioni will verify. Clayton Bailey asked about the CD’s. Traci Cirioni never got the opportunity to get the CD transferred to another financial institution within the renewal time period. The CD’s were automatically renewed with present institution at 1.73%.
Director’s Reports-
Clayton Bailey- He hasn’t heard anything back from NW yet. His son bowled a 667 on Tuesday, should will he receive a local patch? He should receive one.
Mary Adkison-Youth has 2 teams entering the City tournament. Darlene Hawkins wanted to have baked goods set for youth league donations. This would be okay along with other ways and means, if we want. Up really up to Minnie McNeil, since she is tournament director. Myrrel said the only way is if her and Peggy would have more help.
Dan questioning attendance records for Paul Bobo and John Govans as youth directors.
Committee Work Discussion
Awards Committee – Everything that Harry has is current. Tuesday Night Fun league will be delivered Tuesday night. He had one back order that will be delivered to Michelle Kendrick. There was a question about Jean Bakke award from Capital City Drifters. Traci needs to refer back to an email to finish processing. There are some other awards in question from Thursday night. G Willie’s has 4 award requests for jackets- Darrell Ford, Arthur Quick, Otto Colston and Dennis Nation. When these were originally dropped off, Traci was told no back log, so they would let her know as soon as they are ready. Then, when checking on status, she was told, because of bad weather up north, shipments being delayed. Arthur Quick’s jacket did come in and it had the old logo. They were to do something about it. Traci was notified it was ready again on March 1st. All they had done was to stitch over the old front logo with the new logo, which was not acceptable and they still had the old logo on back. We will be looking for a new vendor. Awards 4 U may be an option to get jackets done. Clothesline, since they already do our shirts. Allen’s Trophies, in Quincy, where we get the plaques made were in process of getting the embroidery side going. Traci would like to be able to take a completed jacket, when one comes in and see if another one of these vendors can handle our request. Michelle Kendrick’s 700 Club plaque was awarded for her 1st 700 club achievement that was bowled in 2008 instead of the most recent. Raymond Davis’s 700 Club plaque was awarded. There are 2 at Allen’s Trophies awaiting completion - Jeanette M. Verrelli and Colton R. Kokrda from Crenshaw Classic League. Dan has been questioned about another award for a young bowler, he will double the name for Traci.
By Laws and Policy Procedure Committee – nothing to report. Harry Frisbee would like to include a requirement that all January 1st averages be turned into association manger

Hall of Fame Committee – Harry Frisbee will volunteer to update the website with Hall of Fame members if he can get copies annual meeting minutes. Submission, for the Hall of Fame is by April 15th.
